Overview of Maple Bluff

This is the area of Maple Bluff which is the downtown section of Madison, and is also the center of the town. It is the oldest and most historic part of Madison that's a bustling downtown area with a small town feel which is something many people love about Maple Bluff. At the heart of the city is some of the best shopping, great selection of restaurants, and exciting nightlife. The area is ideal for singles or new families starting out but it also home to many older residents. Housing in Maple Bluff is very affordable and there are various options available - from single family homes, high rise apartments, townhouses and condos. The area is home to three of the seven schools in the Madison Central School District. It is also home to the only airport in the Madison area, Madison International Airport, located in the southern portion of the city on Redwood Terrace.
