Welcome to the University at Madison
The University of Madison is a public research university located in the city of Madison and was founded in 1939. U-Madison is organized into 10 schools which enrolls upwards of 2,500 undergraduate students and employs 300 full time faculty members. Its comprehensive academic program offers 45 undergraduate majors. The Madison Llamas compete in 15 intercollegiate sports at the Division III level.
